WORKFORCE PLANNING
Success in the workplace depends on a number of variables. The purpose of this Human Resource function is to identify and formalize the responsibilities of each staff member within the workplace, to ensure optimum success and achievement of each employee’s responsibility in the business. Workplace planning is a reoccurring function within the workplace, and therefore it is imperative that it is managed correctly, and effectively.
This service will include:
- Conducting job analysis
- The development of job descriptions
- Forecasting workforce requirements for the organization to execute its business plan
- Forecasting human resources available for meeting business needs by doing a scan of the internal and external environment of the organization
- Identifying the gaps between what will be needed and what will be available in developing the necessary action plans
