Training and Development
The designated Danshaw Consultant will be appointed as the company's Skills Development Facilitator, according to the regulations of the Skill Levy Act. The consultant will facilitate the processes to develop and implement a skills plan aimed at the enhancement of the overall business effectiveness of the company.
This service will include the following:
- Analysis of existing jobs and roles in the company
- Skill based job descriptions
- Skills audit
- Development of individual training plans
- Career Development
- Training data base maintenance
- Facilitate provision of accredited training
- Manage progress on training
- Conducting all correspondence with the relevant SETA on behalf of the company
