Recruitment and Selection
Job analysis will be done to ensure that the purpose, functions and role of the job is clear. This analysis will include the value proposition of the position. Job profiles will be developed which will be used as a basis to recruit for the position. Selection screening will be done and actual selection interviewing will be facilitated by a designated Danshaw Consultant.
