Governing compliance assessment
Rules, regulations, policies and practices that govern the relationship between labour and management will be reviewed against legislation and industry best practices.
This service will include the following:
- Review of all existing policies
- Development of policies to ensure risk free governing of people issues
- Review of company practices to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation
- Ongoing training and communication on company policies and procedures by a designated Danshaw Human Resource Practitioner
