PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
Danshaw will perform the full function of payment to all staff, third party payments and statutory payments. Processing of payroll will be done by means of an integrated Human Resource / Payroll system. Danshaw will accept accountability for the correctness and completeness of the data carried on the system to ensure that effective management information is provided on time.
This service will include the following:
- Master data recording and up to date record keeping
- Payroll and leave processing and reporting
- Payment of salaries and wages
- Third party payments
- Compliance with statutory requirements
- Statutory reporting
- Management information reporting e.g. staffing budget and absenteeism reports
