Employment Equity
All designated employers must, in order to achieve employment equity, implement affirmative action measures for people from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act No. 55 of 1998. (Designated employer means – an employer who employs 50 or more employees, or - an employer who employs fewer than 50 employees, but has a total annual turnover in terms of Schedule 4 of the Act). The designated Danshaw Consultant will put all the necessary processes in place to ensure full compliance with the abovementioned Act.
This service will include the following:
- Consultation with employees
- Conduct an analysis on employment equity barriers
- Prepare an employment equity plan
- Submitting of Employment Equity Reports
- Ongoing monitoring of employment equity implementation in the company
